The 2018 World Meat Congress (WMC) will be held in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. on May 31-June 1. U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue will deliver the opening keynote presentation, followed by Argentine Agriculture Minister Luis Miguel Etchevehere and Canadian Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Lawrence MacAulay.
