YEMCo Spring 2015 Bussines Trip took place in Graz, Austria on 9-11 April 2015.

Thanks to our Austrian organisers from Marcher and Messner, a relevant insight into the Austrian meat market was provided.

The trip focussed on “ORGANIC BEEF AS AN OPPORTUNITY ON THE GLOBAL MARKET” with key visits and speakers such as:

• Marcher and Messner bovine and swine plants visits
• Farm, retailer and our partners’ intervention (Sealedair and Zoetis)
• YEMCo diner on Friday and styrian beef bbq on Saturday
