General Assembly |
The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the AEMB. It is composed of all members.
Ordinary General Meeting will be held at least once a year; it will be called by the President in a letter sent to each member 60 days before its foundations. Resolutions of the General Meeting are taken by a simple majority of members present or represented.
The General Assembly:

The General Assembly:
- Elects the board members and their representatives on proposals by member countries;
- Elects the President, Vice-Presidents, the Treasurer and the Secretary General from the members of the Board;
- Reviews the annual report and financial report;
- Discharges the President, the Bureau and the Secretary General;
- Fixes the budget and the annual membership fees; if necessary, fix extraordinary contributions;
- Takes the sovereign decision to dissolve the Association
